About to do freelance work for someone who's known for mad excessive revisions as a newbie contractor and I want to set clear limits. I'm thinking of allowing just 1 round of revisions for modeling (based on CAD) and maybe 3 for materials and scene setup. Quite unsure how to price the number of final images, so please help on this too. Can anyone share a template that's easy for me to edit my needs?

When dealing with that kind of client, being super clear upfront is key. been there, and this is super helpful: set strict revision limits in your contract: e.g., 1 round for modeling, 3 for scene/materials. Price final images per render, and state extra revisions are hourly. Make them sign off on each phase!
 
@CKYG2001 You are definitely doing the right thing by setting boundaries, especially with a known revision monster lol. Your revision structure is fair and standard.
To protect yourself, make sure your agreement explicitly states that any revisions beyond those agreed upon in rounds will be billed at an hourly rate.
For pricing final images, you could set a base project fee that covers the modeling, setup, and, say, 2-3 final images. Then, charge an additional fixed fee per extra final image beyond that initial set.
Search for 'freelance 3D rendering contract template' online, sites like The Futur, or even general freelance artist resources have great ones you can customize
