I'm working on a 3D city thing and need some 2D cut-outs, buildings, streets, you know, the usual city stuff, without any backgrounds. Free or paid options are both good.

I'm finding a lot of single objects or people, but does anyone know where I can find more complex urban cut-outs? Or do you all usually just make these yourself in Photoshop?

It's a common struggle, and for our team, we end up making most of these ourselves.
It's the only way to get the exact style, perspective, and lighting to match your render.
It's a lot of manual labor, but the results are so much better than a mismatched stock image.
If you're looking for a head start, you might want to check a few paid libraries out there that have some more elaborate urban scenes, like Mr. Cutout and Studio Esinam.
They're more known for their people and vegetation, but they do have some urban elements and even some full scenes that might be a good starting point.
You'll still probably have to do some tweaking, but it can save you a ton of time on the initial masking.
Just be prepared for the price tag, a good library is a serious investment!
